Strategic design and brand building for climate action since 2016
My name is Marc O’Brien and I believe it’s possible that business, coupled with design, can repair and regenerate the planet while providing opportunities for people to thrive in their daily lives
As a maker and builder, I work with climate-focused organizations big and small taking ideas to market by developing new or revamping existing products, services, experiences, or campaigns.

Bridging the gap between
design, climate, and business
With a background in web and graphic design, I help leaders and design teams achieve business goals, brand expression, and human engagement through brand, content, and design strategy.
I deliver wildly imaginative and effective solutions and approaches that support business and creative objectives that create a climate resilient world.
A global community for designers to become climate leaders
The place for people who want to start a carbon-removal company
Leading America’s most populated county to become a leader in climate resiliency
A creative brand-building, content creation, and social & environmental impact consultancy

My creative process
Since 2009, I’ve been working with the Thinking Wrong process, which helps come up with fresh approaches to challenges and breaks through roadblocks to uncover new ideas.
I then bring in Prototype Thinking, which focuses on testing and iteration to quickly validate solutions.
It’s a great “one-two punch” of innovation.
